Dr. Holten and his team are wonderful! Always friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Dr. Holten really listens and is attentive. And I can’t say enough great things about his front staff! I’m always greeted by name when I enter and they make me feel like I belong. When dealing with chronic pain and frustration all of these “little” things, make such a difference! They always strive to answer my questions in a timely manner and genuinely care about each of their patients. Thank you all for two years of care!

Chasity at Holten Wellness Center has done my massage twice now and both times were amazing. She’s professional, attentive and really knows how to make you feel relaxed. I highly recommend her!

When I first came to Holten Wellness Center, I was struggling with ongoing nerve pain from a lumbar disc issue that had impacted my daily life for years. I've tried epidural injections, PT, and had two microdiscectomy surgeries (by 33), with little to no success. I'm just now finishing my 15 week program, and while the pain hasn’t completely gone away, I’ve made noticeable progress. I can stand and move for longer before symptoms build up, and I recover more quickly afterward. The decompression, chiropractic care, and targeted rehab have helped me build a stronger foundation for long-term improvement. I know there’s still a lot of work ahead, but Holten has given me the tools, knowledge, and continued support to keep moving in the right direction.

My daughter’s first appointment was such a good experience. The staff is so friendly And the office is very clean and welcoming! Dr. Holten took his time examining and talking with me and my daughter to come up with a treatment plan. Were very helpful that he will be able To help with her pain and misalignment!

My first visit to Holten Wellness Center gave me so much hope for the journey to come. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I felt like they went out of their way to make me feel like they had my best interest at heart. Dr. Holten took the time to listen and explain the next steps. I am looking forward to a better quality of life, and after seeing the equipment, services and expertise they have on offer, I believe they will do everything to make that a reality.

This place is amazing! Massage with chastity today was so relaxing. The whole staff is great and the atmosphere. If you are serious about feeling better I highly recommend and i do not do reviews.

Had my first visit yesterday to see Dr. Holten. He and his entire staff were great! He was very thorough and personable. I love that they have a kids area in the waiting room for my kids to play.

I’ve been going to Holten for 12 years having adjustments every other week. It’s part of my health maintenance routine. I also do Pilates and Weights classes 3 days a week and walk 3.25 miles per day. I wouldn’t be able to be this active at 75 without my routine adjustments. Dr. Jack is awesome and I always feel great when I leave the office!

I’ve been searching for a really good deep tissue massage and I found it. The office staff was welcoming and made my visit easy. Nicolette, my therapist, was excellent. She asked about my areas of concern and focused on them. I felt like she was working to make feel better in the long run. Great experience. Can’t wait till my next appointment!
